摘要
为了验证某飞行器控制系统完成任务的有效性,在地面进行了可靠性验证试验,试验应力的制定是获取有效评估数据的关键。本文探讨了某飞行器控制系统有效性验证试验用试验应力条件的设计途径,分析各任务剖面的环境应力,并结合产品对环境条件的敏感程度和现有设备的能力,设计了有效性验证试验的环境应力条件,评估结果证明试验应力设计合理。
A validating test is carried out to validate the control system of a certain aerocraft. The establishment of test stress is the key to gaining evaluation data. In this paper, the design method of stress condition in validating test is discussed, and the environment stress of every mission profile is analyzed. Taking the products' sensitivity to environment and the test facilities in being into account, the environment stress condition of this validating test is designed. Test results prove that this stress design is reasonable.
