摘要
本文讨论仪器仪表与自动化行业,同时也是IT/NET中一个未来的大市场。2005年中国进入“巨城市时代”,“安全-保安”成了新问题。本文分析2004～2005东亚/南亚地震-海啸与同震级、同人口的1976唐山/1986智利/日本台湾地震的“死亡率反差”说明:“灾难多米诺效应和连锁反应”。“安全-保安”不仅是政治、法律问题,更是利用科学的技术经济和增加就业机会的大市场问题。
The instrument and automation industry are a big and potential market in the IT/NET industry. China is coming into the megalopolis age, which raises new problems of safety and security. The death difference between the same population and scale earthquake of Tangshan 1976 / Chile 1980 / Japan and Taiwan 2004-2005 as well as the earthquake-Tsunami in east / south Asia 2004-2005 discussed in the paper, explains that Dominoes Effect ＆ Chain Reaction of Disaster. It isn＇t only the issue of policy and law, but the market of applying sciences and increasing jobs.
