In this paper, the frequency variable adjusting speed technology application situation is introduced on the hoist of generous board factory in Baoshan iron and steel Limited Company. Also the considerable results are explained with the data measured while operating and operation oscillogram, and the weak point of conceptual design is pointed out at the same time.
