摘要
目的总结治疗与护理恶性食管狭窄应用自膨式支架的效果。方法对36例恶性食管狭窄病人行自膨式支架置入。结果36例均获成功,无严重并发症发生,35例可进行正常饮食,1例进半流质饮食。结论自膨式支架的置入为失去手术机会及术后管腔狭窄的病人撑开了食管狭窄段,缓解了吞咽困难,增强了营养摄入,提高了生活质量。
Objective To summary the treating and nursing effect of malignant esophageal stenosis treated by smart stent. Methods We studied the chinical management and nursing of 36 patients with malignant esophageal stenosis treated by smart stent. Results 36 patients were all succeed without severe complication. 35 patients could eat normal food and one patient ate semi～liquide. Conclusions The methods that smart stent plant delated the stenosis of patients who lost the option of surgery and the stenosls after surgery,and the dysphagia was released. Nurturewas improved.The lifequality waselevated.
