摘要
目的:总结504例甲状腺围手术期护理经验。方法:回顾性分析2002年2月至2004年4月504例甲状腺疾病围手术期护理的临床资料。结果:甲状腺切除术后72小时有56例发生不同程度的并发症,发生率为1.1%(56/504),其中有43例由护士首先观察发现,占76.7%(43/56)。结论:加强围手术监护对甲状腺疾病术后危险期渡过是至关重要的。
Objective： To sununarize the experience of nursing care of patients receiving thyroidectomy Methods： The clinical data of 504 patients who received thyroidetomy from Feb, 2002 to Apr, 2004 were analyzed retrospectively. Results： Incidence of complications following thyroidectomy was 1.1% （56/504）. All of hte complications occurred within 72 hours after operation,and 76.7% of them were found by nurses in time. Conclusion： Percoperative care is important for the postoperative recovery of patients receiving thyroidectomy.
