摘要
目的评估Atlas钛缆固定齿状突骨折并寰枢椎脱位手术疗效。方法回顾性分析四年来16例手术病人的手术治疗和疗效。结果手术方法符合生理结构,手术时间平均70分钟,内固定牢靠。结论钛缆系统操作简便安全,内固定坚强牢靠,植骨融合率高,并发症少,在寰枢椎融合术中有良好的应用前景。
objective To present Atlas Titanium cable fixation for dentoid fractures with atlantoaxial dislocation with clinical result.Methods To investigate the four years followup of sixteen clinical cases.Results The operation fits to anatomy styacture with averaso operation time in 70min.The fixation is stable.Conclasion Titamum cable can be casily and safelyed with few complications.It provides strong fixafion leading to high rate of graft fusion.
