摘要
目的采用STAR踝关节假体进行大骨节病的终末治疗方法,探讨其疗效。方法2年间对3例5踝大骨节病进行全踝置换术,按McGure踝关节评分系统分别对术前、术后患者疼痛程度、踝关节功能、踝关节活动度进行综合评分。结果随访最长1.5年,最短6个月,该3例患者术后按McGuire评分,3踝优,2踝良,1例患者伤口延迟愈合,随访1.5年,未发现假体松动或下沉。结论全踝关节置换术可有效缓解踝关节疼痛、改善关节活动度,是治疗大骨节病的终末有效手段。
Objective To investigate the healing result of total ankle replacement treating kaschin-Beck disease with STAR ankle replacement. Methods In two years three cases ofkaschin-Beck disease were freaked with STAS ankle replacement. Before and alter operation all the followed-up ankles were scored with kofoed total ankle scoring preoperational system according to the ache degree, ankle joint function, the ankle joint movable degree. Results All the cases were followed-visited about six months to one and a half years. According to the McGuire total ankle scoring three ankles were excellent and two ankles were good carfare and one case healed lately. During 1.5 years No ankle replacement was lost or sunk in all cases.. Conclusion Kaschin-Beck disease treated with STAR ankle replacement can alleviate the ankle joint ache and improve joint movable degree effectively and is the lasted valid means which freaked this disease eventually.
