摘要
用昆虫血细胞各主要组分的数量变动和血清的凝集活力,作为检测或评估抑虫剂性能的方法。初步发现,激素类型的抑虫剂对原血胞、浆血胞和粒血胞的数量百分率并无明显影响,但凝集活性较为提高。这个结果,恰好和急性高效的常规农药相反,后者能迅速抑制原血胞组分,凝集活性的诱导都不及激素类型的抑虫剂。由于本法简易可行,可望能成为激素类型抑虫剂的检测评估方法的一种探针。
Quantitative changes of main haemocytes and hemagglutinating activity in Mythim na separata larval haemolymph were determined to monitor or appraise the characters of two types of insecticides─ hormonal growth regulators and conventional insecticides.It was found that the hormonal regulators did not cause immediate and drastic fluctuations in the percentages of pro haemocytes, plasmatocytes and granular haemocytes in total haemocytes. However,they in duced the hemagglutinating activity ratios (treatment/control) to increase over 2 times than the untreated control. In contrast, the conventional insecticides abruptly inhibited the quantity of prohaemocytes while increased plasmatocytes and granular haemocytes rapidly, but did not induce the hemagglutinating activity ratio to increase obviously. To distinguish the two types of insecti cides by determining the amount of haemocytes and haemagglutinating activity ratio is simple and easy. It can be further studied and developed into a more perfect and practical assay method.
