摘要
目的:探讨高频电刀在乳腺癌根治术中应用对切口愈合的影响.方法:30例乳腺癌根治术患者使用高频电刀为实验组,另30例乳癌根治术未使用高频电刀为对照组,观察两组在术后72～96h引流量、皮下积液、皮缘坏死、切口Ⅰ期愈合率和住院天数的差异,进行对比分析.结果:实验组术后引流量平均为380mL,皮下积液率为60%(18/30),明显高于对照组的110mL和16.67%(5/30),差异有显著性意义(P＜0.05).实验组皮缘坏死率为40%(12/30),切口Ⅰ期愈合率为60%(18/30),而对照组分别为10%(3/30)和90%(27/30),两组比较差异有显著性意义(P＜0.05).实验组住院天数为22d,明显高于对照组14d.结论 :乳癌根治术中不当的使用高频电刀能增加皮下积液和皮缘坏死率,降低切口Ⅰ期愈合率,增加住院天数.
Objective： To investigate the effect of wound healing by using high - frequency electrotome in the operation of breast cancer.Methods： From December 2003 to September 2004,30 patients with breast cancer were treated with high - frequency electrotome in operation and 30 patients with breast cancer were not treated with the same method. Then the drainage liquid, the cut recovery rate in phase I, necrosis rate of skin flap, hematocele rate of subcutis and days for hospitalization were observed. Results： The drainage liquid and rate of subcutaneous hematocele were higher in the experimem group than that in the control group （ P 〈 0.05）,so was necrosis rate of skin flap （ P 〈 0.05）. Recovery rate of phase I cut was lower in the experiment group than that in the control group （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： High - frequency electrotome can increase necrosis rate of skin flap, drainage liquid, rate of subcutaneous hematocele, days of hospitalization and reduce the recovery rate of phase I cut in the operation of brease cancer.
