摘要
采用促性腺激素释放激素类似物（ＧｎＲＨ－Ａ，〔Ｄ－Ｌｅｕ６，Ｐｒｏ９〕－ＧｎＲＨ－Ｎ－乙酰胺）诱导母鸡快速换羽己作为一种模式研究母鸡换羽的内分泌机制，并与自然换羽进行比较。研究结果表明：①试验组血浆甲状腺素（Ｔ４）浓度显著高于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０１），而三碘甲状腺素（Ｔ３）浓度与对照组无明显区别；②给药期间血浆孕酮（Ｐ４）浓度明显低于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０１），而雌二醇（Ｅ２）浓度则高于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０５，Ｐ＜０．０１）；③两组鸡群体重无明显差异，但试验组鸡肝、卵巢和输卵管重量却明显低于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０５）；④试验组休产期比对照组平均缩短２２天，开产后两组鸡群产蛋率和均蛋重没有明显差异。据此认为：①ＧｎＲＨ－Ａ诱导产蛋母鸡换羽系肝、卵巢和输卵管暂时性退化所致，且与血浆Ｔ４、Ｐ４和Ｅ２浓度变化密切相关；②激素类似物（ＧｎＲＨ－Ａ）可用于诱导产蛋母鸡换羽，以改善母鸡的繁殖功能。
Molt Induced by injection of gonadotropin-releasing hormone agonist(GnRH-A,D-Leu6,Pro9 -GnRH N-ethylamide)was used as a model to study the mechanisms of molting in hens,and compared with natural molt(control group).After GnRH-A injection,blood was sampled at intervals of three or six days,and plasma was assated for thyroxine(T4),reiiodothyronine(T3),progesterone(P4)and estradiol(E2).Plasma T4 concentratinon were elevated in the GnRH-A group,significantly higher than in the control group(P<0.01),Wberess plasma T3 did not show obvius difference between the two groups.Plasma P4 decreased in GnRH-A group compared withe the control group during GnRH-A injection(P< 0.01),While plasma E2 Was higher In the Control group than in the GnRH-A group(P<0.05,P<0.01).There was no difference in body weight between the two groups,but the weight of liver,ovary and oviduct were less in the GnRH-A group than in the control group(P<0.05).The period out of lay was shortened about twenty-two days In the GnRH-A group than in the control group,while the laying rate and egg weight showed no difference between the two groups after the start of the next lay period.It is concluded that:① Molt induced by GnRH-A virtually results In liver,ovarian and oviducal regression,which is associated with the changes in plasma T4,P4 and E2 concentrations.②GnRH-A may be a useful agent for inducing molt and improving postmolt reproductive function in laying hens.
