摘要
在三槽定容积式制取强酸性水设备的结构和方法的分析研究基础上,针对其需要搅拌及不能够实现连续生产等问题,提出了三槽流动型电解槽制备强酸性水的设备。三槽流动型电解槽的原理及定性实验分析表明,三槽流动型电解槽的电解电流稳定,所制出的产品—强酸性水的稳定性较好且能够实现连续生产,因而具有良好的实用前景。
A method of producing strong oxidized water using flowing three-cell electrodialysis stack was proposed compared with the fixing three-cell electrodialysis stack which need mixing and producing discontinously o Results indicated that this method was practicable to control the stability of the electric current, the stability of the products and respect of continuity in the electrolytic course through the design of three-cell of flowing type electrodialysis stack and qualitative analysis of the experiment。
