摘要
运用波动力学理论分析了传统钎头结构的能量传递机制与凿岩能量分布特点,结果表明:传统钎头的应力波垂直入射点发生在钎头中心,其余各部位均产生倾斜入射,钎头的凿岩能量分布表现为中间大两边小,与钎头的破岩能量需求不匹配。新型钎头采用创新的螺旋副连接柱面承载结构,可实现钎头的凿岩能量重新分布,具有钎头的凿岩能量分布与钎头的破岩能量需求匹配程度好、能量传递效率高等特点。
The energy transfer mechanism and drilling energy distribution characteristics of traditional bit structure are analysed using wave-mechanics theory. The results show the the stress-wave vertical incident point is on the center of drill bit and on other parts is a slant incidence. The drilling energy is the highest at the center of drill bit and decreases radiately from the center to the brim, which doesn't match the rock-breaking drilling energy demand. The new-style drill bit adopts an innovative screw pair-jointed cylindrical surface bearing structure to realize a redistribution of drilling energy and is characterized by well-matched drilling energy distribution and rock-breaking energy demand, and high energy transfer efficiency.
