摘要
实时调度是露天矿卡车优化调度的核心.根据卡车的位置和状态将实时调度分成常规调度和特殊调度2大类数个基本类型,根据调度类型的不同采用不同的调车方法;提出了最早装完车法和电铲配车失衡调整法2种新的调车方法.经在露天矿使用,证明提高生产效率8%~17.8%.
Real-time dispatching is the core of the optimized dispatching of open-pit trucks. It is classified, according to the truck position and state, into two big catologues, namely routine and special dispatching, which each include several basic types. Different truck dispatching methods should be used for different dispatching types. Two new methods of truck dispatching were propsed: the earliest loaded truck and the adjusting for unbalanced electric shovel-truck combination. It is proved that a 8% - 17.8% increase in the production efficiency could be achieved by these methods when used in open-pit mines.
