纤维补强增韧耐水性复合石膏硬化体的开发

摘要 在β型半水石膏粉中添加矿物质混合材料和聚合物混合剂及维尼龙纤维增韧、增强,开发研制高强度、高韧性的复合石膏硬化体。重点探讨了种类、掺量及长度对石膏复合体的拌合物流动值及复合体的抗弯强度、弯曲韧性、耐水性的影响,结果表明石膏复合体的抗弯强度、弯曲韧性、耐水性均有较大提高,流动性随纤维掺量增加而降低,综合考虑以掺量2%~3%的HVF12纤维为佳。 Fiber reinforced toughen water resistant gypsum based composites has been developed by adding mineral admixtures,polymeric admixtures and vinylon fibers to t3-gypsum hemihydrate.Discussions have been made essentially on influences of variety,amount and length on flowing value of admixture of gypsum based composites and on bending strength,flexural toughness and water resistance of gypsum based composites.The result shows that the bending strength,flexural toughness and water resistance of gypsum based composites improved greatly.The fluidity reduces with fiber increase and the optimum amount of HVF fiber is 2%-3% by comprehensive consideration.
