摘要
用中草药制剂取代肉鸭饲粮中的抗生素、抗菌药物类生长促进剂,对肉鸭进行饲养试验和屠宰测定。结果显示中草药添加剂在肉鸭生长速度、饲料利用率、成活率、屠体品质、肠道内容物pH值以及微生物数量等方面均优于或接近于抗生素组。
Using Chinese herb medicine instead of antibiotic additive in the diet of meat duck was studied in this experiment. The results showed that Chinese herb medicine were better or close to control group in growth speed,feed utilization rate,survival rate,carcass quality,pH of intestines content and the quantity of microbe.
