摘要
内置式电磁烘缸装置主要由烘缸壳体、磁通发生器、固定装置、传动装置及电脑自动化控制装置等五大部分组成,其工作原理是磁通发生器产生的磁通量单位时间内不断发生变化,从而在烘缸壁内产生涡流使缸壁发热,发热的烘缸壳体即可用来进行纸张的干燥,干燥效率高,运行费用低,经济效益显著。
Electromagnetism dryer devices are mainly consisted of dryer shell, magnetism generator, fixing devices, driving devices and automatic computer control system, etc. The mechanism is as below: the magnetism generator generates changing magnetic flux, so the magnetic flux of all the points in the shell per time are changing from time to time and the generated bow wave makes dryer heat and dry paper. The efficiency of drying is higher and the cost of running is lower. As a result,the benefit of it is better.
