摘要
一种新型排卵遥测装置用于牛排卵监测。遥测装置可对家畜的体温进行连续无损伤精确地测量和记录,从而根据体温的变化确定牛排卵与否。试验表明,牛排卵期体温可比非排卵期升高0.2~0.5℃,并可持续8~10h,经直肠检查和剖腹探查验证,注射甲基前列腺素(PCf_(2a))后诱导的排卵和自然发情牛的排卵时间分别为出现体温高峰后5~8h和15~18h,这种排卵期出现的体温高峰可以通过体温遥测装置进行监测,并且可依此来正确判断牛的排卵。
A new type of apparatus for monitoring ovulation was designed to determine the time of ovula-tion of cattle and covvs by sensor-temperature-transmitter.The ternperature increases of 0.2~0.5℃ wereobserved by telemetering before the ovulation.It was confirmed by surgical operation and rectal palpation thatthe ovulation occured at 5~8h(induced ovulation by PGF_(2a)in jection)or 15~18h(natural oestrus)after thepoak body temperature appeared.The peak temperature of cows was kept for 8~10h included by PGF_(2a) injec-tion or natural oestrus.The peak level of temperature appeared may be a reliable predictor for ovulation by de-tection of using radiotelemetry.
