摘要
[目的]了解时间窗对手针治疗急性腰扭伤的影响。[方法]对63例腰扭伤患者针刺腰痛穴进行手针运动疗法治疗,观察不同患病时间对手针运动疗法治疗后腰部疼痛、肌肉紧张程度、活动度及局部压痛的影响。[结果]患病24h之内手针治疗效果最好,其次为48h之内,72h之后治疗效果较差。[结论]对腰扭伤患者的手针运动疗法治疗应尽早进行。
[Objective] To comprehend the influence of time windows of hand acupuncture kinetotherapy in acute lumbar muscle sprain. [Methods] Sixty-three patients with acute lumbar muscle sprain were acupunctured at lumbago acupoint by hand acupuncture kinetotherapy. The influence of hand acupuncture kinetotherapy on lumbago, muscle tension degree, range of motion, local tenderness in different disease period were observed. [Result] The therapeutic effect of hand acupuncture was the best in the first twentyfour hours and better in the forty-eight hours. But the effect was not so good after seventy-two hours. [Conclusion] The hand acupuncture kinetotherapy should be carried out as early as possible in patients with acute lumbar muscle sprain.
