摘要
目的探讨胃癌根治术后胰周积液的治疗方法.方法对我们1993年～2004年收治的胃癌根治术后胰周积液10例进行回顾性分析.结果保守治疗治愈1例,B型超声引导下经皮多次穿刺治愈4例,手术行外引流治愈3例、内引流治愈2例.结论对于胃癌根治术后胰周积液早期应采取保守治疗、穿刺抽液或外引流,内引流可作为治疗的最后选择.
Objective To explore the treatment of peripancreatic fluid collections after radical gastrectomy. Methods Ten cases of peripancreatic fluid collections following gastrectomy were retrospectively analyzed from 1993 to 2004. Results One patient was cured conservatively. Four cases were cured through percutaneons puncture guided by B ultrasound. Three cases were cured through surgical external drainage,and 2 cases were cured through internal drainage. Conclusion Conservative management,percutaneons puncture drainage and external drainage were main methods in the early period, and internal drainage was the last option.
