摘要
企业培训过程中,在教学分析阶段应强调"任务-绩效"过程图的开发,根据适应性绩效创设培训情境.培训的教学过程经历积极概念的学习、学习的职务化与学习的组织化3个学习阶段,在知识概念学习阶段以自主学习方式为主,在学习的职务化与组织化阶段以协作学习方式为主,以实现学习与绩效的完整整合.同时,培训过程要强调关系绩效内容.
This article described the development of process picture of task performance, and the setting of training context according to adaptive performance. Enterprises training includes three teaching steps. In the first step, students acquire some important concepts needed during working. The second step is the professionalization of knowledge. In this step, studnets have to understand the complicated relations of concepts, and make use of them in work. The third step is the organization of knowledge. In this step,teachers pay attention to improve studnets' team awareness, so as to enhance the organization performance.
