摘要
提出了一种采用模型参考自适应控制的高性能直流调速系统。为了实现宽范围调速,克服低速时电流断续的非线性影响,采用了主回路中串联可关断可控硅的方法,整个系统由8031单片机组成,实现了全数字化、具有成本低,可靠性高,易于实现等特点。实验结果表明:系统能获得良好的静、动态性能,可满足高性能调速指标的要求。
This paper puts forward a high-performance MRAC speed control sys-tem for DC motor。To meet the needs of wide-range speed and eliminate the non-linear effect of current continuity in motor loop at low speed,the method is put forward in which GTO is cascaded in motor loop。The system controlled by type 8031 single-chip microcomputer is featured by simple hardware,high reliability,low cost and easy implimintation.the experimental results show that the system is of satisfactory static and dynamic characteristics,thus meeting the needs of high-performance DC speed adjustment system。
