摘要
应用有限元法研究了剪切面边界条件对正交金属切削中工件表面层加工硬化深度的影响。有限元分析结果表明,剪切面法向应力分布对表面层硬化深度无显著影响,剪切面长度是影响硬化深度的主要因素。
The finite element method is used to investigate the effect of shear plane boundary conditions on the depth of surface workhardening in orthogonal machining, It is shown from the finite element analysis that the normal stress dis-tribution on the shear plane does not have significant effect on the value of the depth of surface workhardening。The length of the shear plane is found to be ma-jor parameter governing the workhardening depth.
