摘要
阐述了镉对植物的毒害作用及植物对镉的忍耐机制,并对植物适应镉胁迫的机理,包括植物体内保护性酶活性的改变,可溶性蛋白、脯氨酸含量的提高,镉在细胞中的区室化,形成镉结合复合物以及逆境蛋白和基因表达等几个方面进行了综述。
The poisonous effect of cadmium on plant and the mechanism of enduring the cadmium stress in plant are summarized. The activity of protective enzyme, the augmentation of dissoluble protein and praline, the compartmentalized cell for the distribution of cadmium, formation of Cd--binding complex and adversity protein as well as the expression of gene are involved.
