摘要
通过对林地概念、林地特征、各法律之间的相互关系等方面的阐述和分析,提出了林地的认定依据和标准,并就平原地区林地管理中存在的几个问题提出了处理方法。
Based on the expressions and analyses of forest land concepts, forest land characteristics and mutual relationship of related laws, this paper brings up identification basis and standards for forest land, and raises solutions for existing problems in forest land management of plains.
