摘要
目的探讨慢性乙醇中毒患者脑电图转归及其影响因素。方法采用脑电图(EEG)描记技术对125例慢性乙醇中毒患者进行检测,对其饮酒史、治疗史进行调查,并就其与脑电图转归的关系进行比较。结果脑电图的改善与药物综合治疗后疗效的提高有平行关系(P<0.01);乙醇依赖时间长、饮酒量多、饮酒频率高的患者脑电图转归较差(P<0.01);CT异常与脑电图异常无平行关系(P>0.05)。结论慢性乙醇中毒患者脑功能的恢复受多种因素的影响。
Objective To explore the EEG changes ot chronic ethylism and the related factors, Methods 125 case.s of chronic ethylism underwent EEG examinations and their history of alcohol drinking and treatments was surveyed. The results were compared with the changes of EEG. Results Parallel correlations between the improvement in EEG. Results and combined treatment with drugs were discovered（ P 〈 0.01 ）. Less improvement in EEG results were found in cases of long-period alcohol dependence, excessive drinking and high frequency of drinking（ P 〈0.01）. No parallel correlation was discovered between the results of EEG and CT diagnosis. Conclusion The improvement of mental functions of the cases of chronic ethylism is closely related to numerous factors.
