Many years practical experience shows that the geochemical method is very effective in the exploration of Cu,Ag and polymetallic deposit in southern Jiangsu Province.Therefore,the paper summarizes three types of geochemical exploration models which will play important role in future exploration.General geochemical criteria remains in the most of Cu,Ag and polymetallic deposit in Southern Jiangsu,including following factors:Geueral geochemical criteria value:its distribution identical with the mineralization zone,of which the anomaly indicates location of orebody.Combination anomalous elements:different deposit or type of deposit have specified anomalous element combination.Scale of anomaly:generalIy,the stronger the anomaly is,the larger the possible deposit is.Other criteria includes halos,ratio of element content,discriminant analysis,point group analysis,factor analysis,multivariant field.denudation degree of rock body.Through comprehensive research,the paper has classified Cu, Ag and polymetallic deposit into 4 types and 9 sub-types,and established geochemical anomaly models accordingly.Fig.1-Fig4 give 4 models covering Ning-Zhen I-type,Ning-Wu and Suzhou types of geochemical anomaly models.
