交通流数据采集传输与发布系统是智能交通管理系统的一个重要组成部分。文章讨论了结合Socket和WebService技术实现交通流数据的采集,传输和发布。
System of traffic flow data collection, transmission and release is an important part of Intelligent Transportation Management System. This paper discusses how to use socket and Web Service technology to implement the system.
