摘要
首先采用模糊数学理论将影响城市居民出行方式选择的诸因素综合作用的结果归结为居民出行意愿,然后以专家评判法确定的城市不同交通方式服务水平的综合评判结果作为满意度值,建立了基于居民个人出行意愿的满意准则模型,并采用遗传算法求解居民个人属性的特征向量,从而为居民出行方式的选择提供切实可行的决策方法,最后以实例验证了该模型的正确性。
Firstly, on the basts ot tuzzy theory, tne paper aescribes tne personal oesire for civilians, considering the integral effects of many factors which affect the modal selection of going outside. Secondly, the paper builds the satisfaction rule model (SRM) based on the personal desire, and the satisfaction degree value is made of the judgment of the service level judged by the experts in different traffic conditions. Finally, the personal attributive characteristic vector is calculated by the use of genetic algorithm (GA). The results show that the method can offer the feasible judgment for modal selection in the specific characteristic of going outside for civilian.
