摘要
目的:评价后腹腔镜肾盂旁囊肿去顶术治疗肾盂旁囊肿的有效性和安全性。方法:采用经后腹腔腹腔镜行肾盂旁囊肿去顶术26例。结果:26例手术全部成功。手术时间25～80min,平均50min;术中出血量5～40ml,平均12ml;术后住院时间4～8天,平均6.2天。围术期无并发症。22例术后获随访3～46个月,无复发。结论:该术式具有暴露充分、微创、出血少、恢复快等特点,值得推广。
Objective：To report our experience of retroperitoneal laparoscopic parapelvic cyst unroofing and evaluate its effectiveness and safety for parapelvic cyst. Methods：Clinical data of 26 cases of patients underwent retroperitoneal laparoscopic parapelvic cyst unroofing were analyzed. Results：All the operations were successful . The mean operating time was 50 minutes （range from 25 to 80）, The mean blood loss was 12 ml （range from 5 to 40）,The mean postoperative hospitalization days were 6.2 days（range from 4 to 8）. 22 cases were followed up for 3～46 months post--operatively, with no reccurence or complication. Conclusions： The retroperitoneal laparoscopic parapelvic cyst unroofing had the advantages of less trauma and pain and rapid recovery. It is worth further clinical application.
