摘要
针对渤海湾36-1油田CEP平台4×11DA型原油外输泵使用中存在的问题,对其转子部件进行了改造。重新设计了叶轮流道的水力尺寸,并选定了合理的主轴以及零件摩擦副材料。
Some retrofits were made of the rotors in order to solve the existing problem in the applications of 4 × 11DA type crude oil pumps on the CEP platform in 36-1 oil field in Bohai Bay, the hydraulic shape of the pattern of the impellers was redesigned, and some reasonable materials for the major axis and friction pair of components were selected.
