摘要
电流效率是电解铝生产经济指标中最重要的因素,电解铝企业所进行的各种不同劳动都是为了一个共同的目的,即如何提高电流效率。本文以理论联系实际的方法分析了维持铝电解正常生产的技术参数,结合优化现代工艺技术与控制技术探讨了生产实际中提高电流效率的技术措施,即采取“四低一高”,强化电流,并结合先进智能模糊控制技术和规范化作业使电流效率得到提高。
Current efficiency is the most important technical index in aluminium electrolysis production. All kinds of efforts and labor in aluminium electrolysis enterprise have the same purpose - current efficiency improvement. This thesis analyzed some technical properties which can keep the normal aluminium electrolysis production through theory and practice combination, illuminating some technical measurements for current efficiency improvement in practical production combining the optimization for modern processing and control technology, i.e. “four lower and a higher one” and current consolidation as well as advanced intelligent fuzzy control technique and standard handling to increase current efficiency.
