摘要
通过盆栽试验研究了钾素对番茄产量、品质及抗逆性的影响。结果表明:施钾提高了番茄产量,比不施钾肥平均增产15.71%;而充足的氮素是满足高产的前提,钾肥施用促进了氮肥的吸收,提高了氮肥利用率。在施用氮磷肥的基础上,施钾改善了番茄品质,与对照相比,施用钾肥番茄中的VC含量提高13.05%、还原糖含量提高3.95%、游离酸(pH)降低1.83%,但对总酸度的影响效果不明显,而糖酸比(还原糖:总酸度)比对照提高10.68%。施钾提高了番茄叶绿素含量,降低了番茄在干旱胁迫下的细胞膜透性,维持了细胞膜的相对稳定性,增强了番茄的抗逆性,施钾在一定程度上减少了渗透调节物质脯氨酸在体内的积累。
A pot experiment was conducted to probe the effects of potassium on yield, quality, and resistance of tomato to unfavorable enviorenments. The results showed that the yield of tomato fertilized with potassium increased by 15.71% which was more than that without K. The applying potassium promoted the absorption of N and increased the utihzation ratio of N. potassium also improved the quahty of tomatoes. Compared with the contrast ( no - K), the content of VC of tomatoes with K increased by 13.05%, the content of reduction sugar increased by 3.95%, the content of free acide (pH) decreased by 1.83%, and the ratio of sugar acid increased by 10.68% ; But potassium had no obvious effect on total acidity of tomatoes. Apphcation of potassium increasd the content of chlorophyll, decreased the fermeability of the cell membrane, and maintained relative stability of the cell membrane, strengthened the resistance to bad enviorenment, and decreased the accumulation of the proline, in tomato plant under the drought stress.
