摘要
介绍了用于不锈钢管增强的SY-ZQ增强带的力学性能及加速老化性能、胶接工艺和典型件的疲劳性能。试验结果表明SY-ZQ增强带的综合性能良好,胶接工艺新颖可靠,能够提高导管部件的疲劳寿命10倍以上。
In this paper, mechanical and accelerated aging properties of SY-ZQ adhesive bonding reinforced strap which is used to strengthen the welding line of stainless steel tube, bonding process and fatigue properties of representative pieces were introduced. Test results show that SY-ZQ adhesive bonding reinforced strap has good comprehensive performance. The bonding procedure and process are novel and reliable. The fatigue life of the bonded tube component can be increased by over ten times.
