A Study of Cyanide Bright Silver Plating

摘要 本文对在氰化物镀银溶液中加入酒石酸锑钾和FH光亮剂镀取光亮银镀层进行了研究,并对光亮机理进行了探讨。在含量为:AgNO_3 35~45g/L,KCN100~130g/L,KOH12~16g/L,C_4H_4O_6KNa·4H_2O 16~25g/L,C_4H_4O_6(SbO)K·(1/2)H_2O 0.5~2g/L,FH添加剂0.1~0.4ml/L的溶液中,在室温和搅拌下,可在i_k=0.2~4A/dm^2的范围内获得光亮镀银层。镀液分散能力好,镀银层的硬度高Hv达131.5MPa,钎焊性好。光亮镀银层的组织结构为银与锑的α-固溶体。光亮镀银层的晶粒为球形,大而光滑,其尺寸远大于可见光的波长,光线照射到这种银镀层表面不产生漫反射,使镀层呈现光亮的表面。 Investigation of obtaining bright silver coating from cyanide bath by adding potassium antimonyl tartrate and FH brightener was conducted. The brightening mechanism was also studied. Bright silver coating can be obtained from solution consisting of 35-45 g/L AgNO_3, 100-130 g/L KCN, 12-16 g/L KOH, 16-25 g/L C_4H_4O_6KNa.4H_2O, 0.5-2 g/L C_4H_4O_6 (SbO)K·1/2 H_2O and 0.1-0.4 ml/L FH and operating at room temperature with current densities ranging from 0.2 to 4 A/dm^2 under agitation. The experimental results show that the throwing power of the bath is good. The hardness of the coating is as high as 131.5 MPa and the solderability of the coating is alsoeexcellent. The deposit structure ia solide solution of Ag and Sb. The deposit is in spherical grains with smooth surfacee and large size much larger than the wavelength of the visible light. When the light irradiates on the coating, no scattering of light occurs and the coating exhibits bright appearance.
