摘要
解决利益冲突实现利益整合是构建和谐社会不可避免的问题,法律对利益整合的控制具有独特的优势,一是通过法律价值确立社会的主导价值,使各个利益群体都自觉服从这一价值;二是立法上构建科学的利益整合制度;三是要构建良性的司法救济机制,解决现实生活中的不可避免的利益冲突,建立利益整合的实践保障。
It is an unavoidable issue in constructing harmonious society to solve contradiction of interest and integrate interest. The law has its particular superiority over the control of interest integration, first, through setting up the main value ofthe society, law makes various groups of interest abide by conscientiously the main value;second, construct legal system of interest integration; third, construct positive judicial relief system to solve the unavoidable interest contradition in life so as to build up practical protection for interest integration.
