摘要
目前,虽然中国产业国际竞争力有了很大提高,但仍不容乐观。从产业组织政策方面来看,影响中国产业国际竞争力提升的因素主要有:产业组织政策目标和手段单一、解决垄断与有效竞争的政策措施不当、未能为产业组织运作提供有效的制度政策指导等。要提升产业国际竞争力,就必须提升产业组织政策的地位,完善产业组织政策目标体系,规制垄断行为以维护有效竞争,实施有效的中小企业政策以及深化企业制度改革。
This text is mainly to analyze the reasons of international competition ability in Chinese industry from the industry policy aspects. For some reasons, such as one-sided objects of the industrial system policy, the poor policies to solve monopoly and effective competition, and the poor conductions to the operation of the industrial system, the improvement of the international competition ability is greatly influenced. In order to elevate the international competition ability, we must lift the position of the industrial system policy, improve the object systems of the industrial system policy, regulate monopoly and uphold effective competition. Moreover, effective middle and small business policy and deep reform of corporate system are needed.
