摘要
本文主要阐述季节冻土地区建筑基础埋深的现状与不合理的浪费情况，盲目浅埋所出现的问题，以及国内外对法向冻胀力的研究概况，并介绍基础浅埋的科研成果。
In this article,an analysis of the disadvantages and defects of the normal type roof construction method (i.e.a method of firstly fixing the thermal insulation course as its primer and secondly fixing the waterproof course as its surfacer) has been demonstrated. Nevertheless, an adoption of the abnormal type roof construction method (i.e.a method of reverse of the normal type roof construction) has been introduced at home and at3road briefly here with its technology and physical conditions.It is acknowledged that our country has been now already well provided with its technology and physical conditions of the abnormal type roof construction method. which, of course,should be widely spread and extensively applied in China. so that the quality and term of service can be boosted considerably.
