摘要
随着经济社会的不断发展,在部分国家工作人员有职务犯罪的现象,呈现出六种特点:权钱交易突出;职务犯罪案件上升,大案重案增多;犯罪手段狡猾隐蔽;数罪交织,案中有案;发案部位增多,涉及面广;顶风作案和持续作案突出。为预防、遏制和减少职务犯罪的发生,调动一切积极因素,正确有效地处理预防职务犯罪工作中的各种矛盾和问题,必须寻求新的途径。
With the developing of the economic society, duties crime appears among a few working staff in our country. It has 6 peculiarities：The deal of powr and money is projecting. The cases of duties crime are increasing. More serious cases. Ways of crime are sly and convert. Lots of crime come together. Case in case. The occasions of crime are increasing and relating to many aspeets;The serious and continous crime are projecting. In order to use the active elemengts to provent, and reduce the Duties crimes. Deal with diffferdnt conflicts and problems in crime works. works. We must seek for some new concepts of the protective system for Duties crime.
