摘要
目的:观察认知护理疗法对老年全身麻醉手术患者术后认知功能障碍的影响。方法:将 60例老年手术患者随机分为对照组和治疗组分别采用单纯药物治疗和联合认知护理疗法,并用MMSE和HDS评价术后认知功能障碍的发生情况。结果:术后 3d、7d,两组患者MMSE评分和HDS评分均有不同程度的降低 (P<0 01);但对照组下降更明显,两组MMSE评分和HDS评分有显著性差异 (P<0 05)。结论:认知护理疗法能减少老年全身麻醉手术患者术后认知功能障碍的发生。
Objective： To observe the effect of cognitive nursing therapy on the postoperative elderly. Methods： 60 elder cases who undergoing the general anesthesia were divided into two groups randomly. Before operation, MMSE and HDS were used to evaluate the patients＇cognitive state. Routine nursing was given to both two groups and the experimental group received cognitive nursing therapy in addition from 3 days before operation. On the 3nl and 7th postoperative day, the same two evaluative scales were used correspondence. Results： On the 3nl and 7th postoperative day, the MMSE and HDS scores were all declined（ P ＜ 0.01 ）, but the control group declined more. The two groups had significant difference（ P ＜ 0.05 ）. Conclusion： These results suggest that cognitive nursing therapy can significantly improve the postoperative cognitive dysfunction.
