摘要
通过理论分析与数值计算,研究了浅埋硬厚煤层综放开采顶煤的冒放性和散煤落放煤矸分界。提出了相应的顶煤弱化技术方案,并结合现场工业性试验,验证了方案的可行性。研究发现,支架上方松散顶煤存在“落放”两个过程,由于支架放煤口见矸点的周期性上下浮动,采空区煤损具有一定的周期性。
Based on the data of theoretical analysis and numerical calculation, the paper studies on the caving ability and drawing degree of top-coal in shallow-reserved hard and thick coal seam adopted longwall with top-coal caving mining. Different top-coal weakening technologies are suggested and proved to be effective in field tests and a new concept of loosing top-coal falling and caving is also put forward in this paper. Study indicates the loss of top-coal in gob has periodicity as the periodically moving of the first caving rock in the loosing coal-rock mixture above the drawing opening of hydraulic support.
