主要阐述了高校图书馆如何利用自身优势,采取哪些措施,充分发挥在素质教育中的作用。
This article deals with the issue of college library participating in all-round education. The author puts forward how to take advantage of library resources and what measures we should adopt in college library to develop all-round education.
