摘要
农业减灾技术创新是实现减灾科学化、现代化的重要措施,是新世纪国家安全与社会经济稳定发展的重要保障。本文主要分析我国农业减灾技术创新的内涵和特点,并从公共物品理论出发,探讨我国农业减灾技术创新模式,在深入剖析制约我国农业减灾技术创新诸因素的基础上,提出促进农业减灾技术创新的相关政策措施。
The technological innovation in agricultural disaster alleviation is the important measure to alleviate disaster in scientific way and achieve the modernization of disaster alleviation, and the important guarantee to ensure the safety of state and develop the social economy with a steady pace in new century. The article analyzes connotation and trait of our country＇s technological innovation in agricultural disaster alleviation, and approaches technological innovation in agricultural disaster alleviation from the theory of public articles. On the basic of analyzing the various factors that lay restraints on technological innovation in agricultural disaster alleviation in a deep way, the article put forward several policies and measures to promote technological innovation in agricultural disaster alleviation.
