摘要
本文阐述了中小企业空间聚集行为的基本特征和微观机理,分析了我国小城镇企业聚集的体制背景、发展过程及其限制因素;提出促进小城镇企业聚集必须改革乡镇企业体制和进行制度创新,注重培育基础产业。
The paper explains the essential feature and micro-mechanism about the space assembling behavior of small and medium-sized enterprises, and analyses system background, developing process and limiting factor about small-town enterprises assembling in our country; It proposes that reforming the system of township-enterprise,carrying on institution innovation, fostering the basic industry are the main ways to promoting enterprises assembling in small town.Key words： small town;enterprises assembling;system innovation;industry foundation。
