摘要
目的:观察“铣骨技术”在颌面部骨性改造中的应用效果。方法:局麻下经口内入路,运用“铣骨技术”对下颌角肥大、下颌骨斜线部位增生、颧弓过高等情况进行处理。结果:自2003年11月至2004年10月,共治疗18例(其中4例伴有颧弓过高,同期行颧弓铣磨),术后切口均Ⅰ期愈合,有11例于术后3～8个月获得随访,效果满意。结论:铣骨技术”能够简便、安全、有效地进行颌面部骨性改造,并有效克服现有截骨技术的不足之处。
Objective To observe the effects of changing lineament with the milling-technique. Methods Milling-technique was used to change the lineament under local anaesthesia and through intraoral approach. Results From Nov.2003 to Oct.2004,a total of eighteen cases who had suffered from prominent mandibular angle （4 cases of them had high zygoma in simultaneity）have been operated on by this method,11 cases of them were followedup in three months to eight months after operation,the results were satisfactory with non-complications.Conclusion Milling-technique is a safe effective and simple method for surgical treatment of lineament.
