摘要
本实验观察复方山苍子油乳剂对植入家兔胆囊内人胆石的溶石作用药液经胆囊造瘘管注入,每日1次,每次2 ml/kg,共14次.5枚色素性结石的相对减重量为73.2±26.9%,4枚胆固醇结石的相对减重量为69.4±7.9%,明显大于对照组(P<0.01).证明复方山苍子油乳剂对植入家兔胆囊内的人胆石有肯定的溶解作用.复方山苍子油乳剂胆道灌注对家兔有一定毒性,副作用主要有腹泻和sGPT增高,应用于临床前尚需作进一步的毒理试验和配方改进.
This study investigated the dissolving effect of emulsion of cubeba oil co. infused thro tgh the cholecystostomy tube onto human gallstones, which had been previously placed into rabbits' gallbladder. The. Weight reducing rates of pigment and, cholesterol stone were 73 and 69% respectively following infusion of the emulsion for 11 times (2ml/kg, once daily).There was statistically significant difference between the experimental group and the control group(P<0.01). Emulsion of cubeba oil did dissolve human gallstones in the rabbits' gallbladder. However, toxicity in rabbit such as diarrhea and elevated sGPT was observed following infusion of emulsion of cubeba oil co. Toxicological tests and refinement of this preparation is necessory before its clinical application.
