摘要
技工匮乏的社会因素主要有,重思辨理性、轻经验理性的社会文化传统,企业内部的职业分化冲淡了技工之于企业的存在价值,因此,技工在国家人力资源管理体系中地位偏低。对技工短缺宜采取的对策是:营造和谐的社会文化观念,健全人力资源管理体系,加强技工的职业训练,树立合理的企业文化,构建有利于技工长期“可持续发展”的企业内部劳动力市场。
The following social factors lead to the lack of mechanicians: the social cultural convention tends to attach more significance to logical thinking than to experience; mechanicians' status are low in the national human resource management system, and the interior vocational classification reduces the value of mechnicians in an enterprise. We should create a harmonious social cultural concept, improve the human resource management system, and enhance mechanicians' job training, so as to establish rational enterprise culture and build the interior labor market which may help mechanicians develop sustainedly.
