摘要
剑杆织机对原料和半制品加工的准备配套设备及工艺路线有较高的要求。如在剑杆织机引进项目中未能合理配套,或工艺路线选择不当,将会影响织机效益的提高。为此,本文就剑杆织机制织真丝绸的几种工艺路线和配套方案进行理论分析,从工艺合理性、技术先进性、经济实用性等方面进行比较,提出了工艺路线和配套设备的最佳方案。
Since the efficiency of rapier loom will be affected by unreasonable pro- cess flow and complementary equipment during yarn preparation,several process flows and complementary equipment sets are theoretically analysed, with a comparison made of their reasonableness,technical merits,and econ- omical feasibility;thereby,an optimal process flow with relevant complem- entary equipment is put forward.
