摘要
本文从真丝在精练中的物理形态变化来探讨真丝的精练过程。试验表明,丝胶具有多相性,分布和脱落不均匀。在水和化学药剂的作用下,丝胶首先溶胀,然后以块状和片状脱落,并在练液中分散、溶解。因此在练白绸上保留1%左右的丝胶意义不大,应该多考虑开发丝素保护剂。
A preliminary study of the physical changes of real silk during degumming.The experiments conducted show that the sericin is multiph- asic,and its distribution and falling off are both uneven.It first swells under the action of water and chemicals,and then falls off in lumps and slices to be finally dispersed and dissolved in the degnmming liquid.The- refore,it is insignificant to reserve one percent of sericin on the blea- ched fabric,but more and better fibroin protective agents should be developed.
