摘要
评述了口腔摩擦学系统的特征与参数、口腔磨损环境以及天然牙和牙科材料的磨损机理,简要介绍了目前国内外关于天然牙和牙科材料的磨损性能测量方法以及口腔磨损环境模拟测试系统的研究现状,指出今后在考虑化学环境和各种力等因素协同作用条件下,应加强牙科材料的磨损机理、磨损预测模型及其标准的实验方法和模拟系统的建立等方面的研究.
This paper presents the latest development in tribological study of dental materials. Character and related parameters in oral system, oral wear environment and wear mechanism of natural teeth and dental materials have been reviewed. Besides, current situation of the study in wear measure and wear simulation of natural teeth and dental materials was also described. And finally, future directions to be furthered were suggested by considering synergistic effects of chemical environment and loading environment, wear mechanism and predictive wear models of natural teeth and dental materials, and experiment methods and wear simulation system.
