摘要
目的探讨复合平塞补片治疗腹股沟疝的技术操作要点,并评价治疗效果.方法回顾性分析2003年5月至2004年12月收治的115例腹股沟疝修补术的临床资料,包括Ⅱ型疝25例,Ⅲ型疝70例,Ⅳ型疝20例.结果手术后切口无红肿和渗液,术后患者伤口仅有轻微疼痛,均未服用镇痛药,手术后3 d患者体温、白细胞总数和分类变化均在正常范围.全部病例随访1～19个月,平均9个月,无异物感,无复发.结论复合平塞补片在成人腹股沟疝无张力修补中的使用是安全有效的、而且术式简单.
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of complex flat plug patch used for inguinal herniorrhaphy. Methods From May 2003 to December 2004, a total of 115 cases of inguinal herniorrhaphy was performed including 25 cases of type Ⅱ , 70 type Ⅲ and 20 type Ⅳ. Results were analyzed retrospectively, Results Postoperative course was uneventful in all patients except for slight incision pain without the need of analgesics, white blood count and temperature were normal. Patients fell no foreign body and there was no recurrence during the follow up period from 1 to 19 month ,Conclusion Tension-free herniorrhaphy with complex fiat plug patch can be safely used in adult inguinal herniorrhaphy.
